Calcium in water?

Hi, I found a good health source that I want to share.

Good for my bones.
It’s really amazing that we can find calcium in water, even tap water. Calcium is very important to help protect against osteoporosis. Dairy products aren’t the only solution now, seaweeds and the nori sheets in sushi are another alternative, especially people who don’t like milk, they also can take them as they contain 6 times as much calcium.

Good for my muscles
Of course we must have protein at each meal. If muscle mass isn’t maintained, then your body doesn’t burn as many calories. To keep your metabolism up, your muscle mass will burn your energy, even when you aren’t not exercising.
