Snack Time Yay!
This is my hubby's favorite, specially when he gets stress at work, "Crunchy Coconut" comes for rescue! =)
Ingredients:
200g desiccated coconut
200g condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking Instruction:
Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Lightly grease 2 baking trays
Combine the coconut, condensed milk and vanilla in a bowl
Drop 1 tablespoon at a time onto the trays
Bake it for 10 mins or until golden
Remove from trays to cooling down
Enjoy =)
