Ingredients:
- 200g dark eating chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa butter
- 1 tablespoon self-raising flour
- 80g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
Steps:
- Grease 6 hole friand pan with a little melted butter
- Stir chocolate & butter in small heatproof bowl over small saucepan of simmering water until smooth
- Sift cocoa, flour & sugar into a medium bowl; whisk in eggs & chocolate mixture
- Divide mixture into a pan & cover it with aluminium foil; then freeze 3 hours/overnight.
- Preheat oven 200 degree Celsius fan forced
- Bake frozen fondants 7 mins; turn pan, bake for another 7 mins
- Stand fondants for 3 mins; loosen edges gently. Serve immediately with cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
