Spice it up your baby's food

My nieces always get bored with everyday baby's food.  No taste or always in a same taste?
So I was thinking maybe I should mix it up with some herbs like my food too. Herbs such as coriander, basil, chives, rosemary  and parsley are easy to use while you cooking fish, chicken or vegetables. Herbs not only add more flavor but also gives the baby more nutrition and can give your little one the ability to adapt to a greater variety of flavors, like my nieces now, they are so happy to eat anything like their mum's eat. You also can give it try too =)

Good News for Mums to be.

Guess what!
Eat red meat when you are pregnant because it can prevent  your baby crying later! WOW!
A study was published in Early Human Development.
Mums to be who increased their daily intake of vit B12 (can be found in red meat) during the first 3 months of pregnancy are up to 8 times more likely to have a baby that cries less.

The power of Nap time.

According to new research from Allegheny College, US.  Snoozing for about 45 minutes can lower blood pressure after a stressful day.
How good is that?
So if you don't nap, maybe it's time to start now (if possible).
Even if it is only just 6 - 20 mins, it is still worth it.
