I would love to share one of my favorite meals, it's sooo yummy!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo Beef rump, cut into cubes
- 120g Beef Rendang Seasoning (Brand: Mother). It can be found in any Asian groceries.
- 1.5 l water
- 200 ml coconut milk
Cooking Instruction:
- Heat the oil in frying pan
- Put all the meat, the seasoning, water and the coconut milk all together
- Make it boil 'till the sauce is thick, approx. 1 hour
- Then reduce the heat
- Serve with jasmine rice while hot
Alternative:
- You can change beef to chicken
- Add vegetables that you like
- Add more dry chilies, if you like it more spicy
